Shopping list

4 x ripe Avocados 

1 Red Onion 

Handful of chopped coriander

½ Red Chilli

3 - 4 Juiced limes (taste as you go)

Salt to taste


  1. Finely dice Red Onion and Chilli and place in a large bowl 

  2. Chop The Coriander and add to bowl.

  3. Half and take out the stone of your 4 Avocados. Squeeze out the flesh and chop or mash to desired texture and add to the bowl.

  4. Squeeze in the juice of 3 - 4 limes depending on how juicy they are and what taste you prefer. Taste as you go.

  5. I like to add chopped cherry tomatoes to my Guac but not everyone likes this.

  6. Add a pinch of salt and stir well. Any leftovers will store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

We always make extra to have on toast the next morning with a poached egg 🤤
