Fully Loaded Quesadilla
This is an awesome, quick and simple treat for a lunch on your own or with friends!
4 Cherry Tomatoes quartered or smaller
2 Spring Onions sliced
Tablespoon of jarred Jalapeños chopped
1 - 2 tablespoons of chopped Coriander
Handful of grated Cheddar Cheese
Lay your wrap on a flat surface or a plate
Sprinkle your cheese over half your wrap
Evenly sprinkle your chopped Tomatoes, Spring Onion, Jalapeños, and Coriander over the cheese
Place sliced Avocado over the top of everything
Squeeze over some hot sauce if you like it spicy
Separate the toppings slightly down the middle to help when folding
Fold the empty half of the wrap over your toppings
Then fold the whole thing over itself into a quarter
Pre heat a dry frying pan on a medium heat
Place you wrap in the hot pan and cook until the wrap is browned and cheese has melted
Once this has happened, flip it over and do the same on the other side
Remove and enjoy!
Don't overload your wrap as it may not cook properly!
