Our bodies are interconnected in many different and amazing ways. The way we feel affects the way we eat, connect with others, see the world around us and hold ourselves (body language).

 

These emotions are held in our muscles and can affect the way we feel physically as well as mentally and emotionally. Negative feelings can manifest into muscle tightness, poor posture and much, MUCH more.  On a positive note, positive feelings can also affect us in the same way…. Only positively.
