We understand that change is hard, and you probably have lots of questions about our coaching courses. Hopefully we can answer a few of these questions below, but if not, feel free to drop us a message or book a free consultation with a coach.

 

WHAT IS NUTRITION COACHING?


We all know that eating better and moving more will benefit our health but actually doing it is another thing. There is a lot more to nutrition coaching than just nutrients! Coaching is all about people. How they think, how they feel, how they live, why they act the way they do. As coaches we work with real people, dealing with real situations, real struggles with change, all within the messiness of life. Nutrition coaching is not a diet plan, list of do’s and don'ts, book of foods and recipes, quick fix or fad plans. Nutrition coaching is a completely different approach, we work at your pace, making small changes but most importantly working on making these changes consistent so that you don't end up reverting back to old habits after. If you have tried losing weight or making lifestyle changes before, then will power is not your issue, you keep trying, which shows great strength and will power, the issue is you need the right approach.




HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO DEDICATE PER DAY?


All you will need is 10 - 15 minutes each day to read or listen to your daily lessons and respond to any questions. That’s it, just 10 minutes! Your new habits are being built into your daily routine, so we are not taking anymore time away from you. In many ways you may start to feel like you have more time as the habits will be making you more efficient in many different areas of your life.




WHEN DO I GET MY DIET PLAN?


NEVER - we will never give you a diet plan! We will give you the knowledge in what foods will benefit you, how they will be beneficial, and everything else you will need to know to move forwards in your life with the confidence that you know what to do to stay on track. We may offer up meal suggestions if needed from time to time but you will never receive a full diet plan to follow! Diet plans are restrictive and we want you to be free.




IF IT'S NOT FOR ME CAN I CANCEL AT ANY POINT?


No. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, once this period is up and you decide to continue then you will not be able to cancel at any point. In unprecedented circumstances we will absolutely consider canceling if we feel it is the right thing to do but this is at our discretion. If at any point you are unhappy with the service, please get in touch with us right away and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.




I'VE TRIED DIETS AND PERSONAL TRAINING BEFORE ONLY TO GO BACK TO WHERE I WAS MONTHS LATER. WHY IS LAB COACHING BETTER?


If you tried other approaches before only to find yourself back where you started, or worse off in many cases, then the chances are you may need to look at the basics first. If you go back to old habits and those habits are not serving you well then new habits are needed. This is where coaching comes in. We work with you to change those old habits that are working against you to help you build new ones in their place. Whether you are a busy parent, CEO, student or athlete, we will work with you to build in new habits that work for you and your goals! We work with real people, and real people need real solutions! A green smoothie a day, although a great addition to a healthy lifestyle, will not fix your lack of energy alone. We will look at all aspects of your life, your routine, your eating habits, your support network, everything that can give us an insight into how you live your life and make small changes where necessary to make your life better.
